How can I pay for the service?

My account has been stopped since the payment is delayed. Can I re-open it?
Yes and a charge of HK$100 is required when it's re-opened within 1 month the account is stopped.

How is the account renewed when the contract ends?
An invoice will be sent to you one month before the contract ends. Please settle the payment properly. Otherwise the account will be stopped on the due date.

Can I change my service plan?
Yes. Service plans can be changed at no charge if it's an upgrade or it's a downgrade at the end of a service contract. A fee of $100 will be charged for downgrade in the middle of the service period and the amount pre-paid will be prorated.

Who will pay for the domain registration?
You should pay the respective domain registration organization separately. They will send you invoices by mail or e-mail.

Is there a service charge if I want to restore files from your backup tape?
Yes. Files backed up are for system recovery only. Data retrieval incurs a service charge of HK$100 per incidence.

What is your "30 days money back guarantee"?
Starting from 1 March 99 our plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can terminate the account within 30 days after account activation, and your money is back. Please note that:

• For international domain name NSI requires us to pay a processing fee of USD$18.5 if our customer fails to settle the domain registration payment. As a result we need to retain this fee if your decision is to abort too the domain registration.
• the guarantee is not applicable for resold accounts.
• the cost of free gifts will be deducted from the refund during periods of promotion.

Can I transfer service fees from one account to another?
No. Service fees paid for one account is not transferrable.

What is the service charge if I have to modify the domain record?
To modify a domain record with the respective registration organization (e.g. HKNIC or Network Solutions), a service fee of HK$100 will be charged. However, it is free of charge within the first 3 months after the domain is first registered or modified to Inspire CyberNET.

This service does not apply to changing the ownership of a domain name (registrant name change).

What is the contract period for Additional Components?
The contract period of additional components should follow that of your hosting account. A refund, or transfer of service fees to settle other Inspire CyberNET's invoices, is not available.

What is the service charge of other unclassified administrative work?
The hourly rate of $500 is for reference only. Quotation will be sent to customers before service starts.
